We choose the artists we work with, looking for a balance between originality, craftsmanship and a powerful content. ViViD curates material from consolidated illustrators and promising new talents, targeting to young collectors as well as to experienced connoisseurs/investors.

ViViD Illustrations was founded by Iris Van Germeersch. As a historian and throughout her life, she has always been interested in all art forms. After more than 20 years of experience in the book trade and as a specialist in children’s and youth books, admiration and respect for the work of illustrators and their contribution to the impact of books, led to this project. ViViD Illustrations strives to draw attention to the work of illustrators as an art form and to bring art lovers in contact with special illustrations.

What kind of illustrations do you exhibit?
We exhibit original illustrations and limited reproductions created by top illustrators, carefully selected. Our illustrators create contemporary art that stands out in quality and originality. We also delever high quality posters. Prices are VAT included.
HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?
All artwork is packaged in special material to ensure save delivery. We send our art via DHL and Bpost and other common carriers. All artwork is shipped fully insured and a signature is required for delivery.
ONCE A WORK IS PURCHASED, HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
The artwork is usually shipped within 7 days. Once it is shipped please allow the usual shipping time to your destination. You will receive a tracking number by mail so that you can follow up the delivery procedure. Please contact us if a special deadline or procedure needs to be taken into account.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy the your new artwork and if a piece does not deliver up to the expectations, we offer all money back guarantee, until 14 days after purchase agreement. When you return a piece note we will refund the price of the art. It is required to use the original packaging for return shipping. The shipping costs of return are on your behalf. Art that is returned damaged, will not be refunded.
What if I receive damaged goods?
We package all work in custom built packaging material to ensure safe delivery. If, nevertheless, you receive a damaged piece, please contact us within 24 hours . Save the packaging material, send us a photograph of the damaged packaging and the damaged good to process the claim.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to different destinations. Please note, shipping to other countries may take up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. The art work may also be subject to local duties or fees. Transportation costs can change. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
Authenticity?
All artwork comes directly form the illustrator and original work will be provided by an authenticity statement. Work can be framed or otherwise. Please contact us if you want more infromation. Limited editions and posters are printed on high quality fine art paper. Illustrations are real artworks and need to be conserved in that way, being preserved from direct sunlight.
